At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

not a nice bigger lady at the reception, poor care after the surgery, no one called me with information, the dog was given to me with a bitten leash in to little pieces. I have never seen such a react...
not a nice bigger lady at the reception, poor care after the surgery, no one called me with information, the dog was given to me with a bitten leash in to little pieces. I have never seen such a reaction from my dog to bite his leash. they probably did not even checked on her when she was in a recovery room. Also, not given Elizabethan collar after spayed operation.

Excellent Practice, been using them for quite a while now and never had a problem. An additional bonus is that there is now 24 hour cover. Parking can be tight, at times, and although there are quite a few spaces, it can sometimes (if possible) be of benefit to have another driver in the car. They can wait for a space to become available or just move the car as, and if, required. Overall, a really good practice with very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Got an appointment right away, even though it was night time. Was seen without much of a wait. The vet was quick and thorough and did not distress my cat despite him being in a lot of pain. She preemptively answered any questions we might have and made sure we were happy with his treatment. Above all, my cat was perky and happy again in the morning and that is all that matters :)

We have tried various veterinary practices over the years and this is one of the best! We can not recommended highly enough!!!

I have recently joined this fantastic ,very caring and professional practice. Thank you to everyone for their help recently with my kitten Ruby- Tuesday. Particular thanks has to go to Vet Tom Mowlem for x-raying her etc on a day I believe he was not actually supposed to be working! Dedication ++. I have found a jewel in the crown with this surgery and certainly would not go anywhere else now for the health care of my 3 very important cat protection adopted felines.

Six weeks ago I rushed my cat into the vets as her whole back end had been ripped to shreds from being attacked, from what we don't know. The vets took her in and stitched her together. We have just finally taken her collar off. She has healed amazingly. We would like to thank all staff involved for all their hard work. And are ever grateful our beautiful Jojo is still here. Thank you Vets for pets

Tom is definitely the best vet I have come across. The team here is always helpful and friendly. My rats and my dogs go here for several years and I never had a problem booking an appointment, urgent or not. Tom is very knowledgeable and explains things as best as possible. However if you have an animal with a long term or perhaps chronic condition it is advisable to do some research yourself, sometimes a holistic approach is better for your animal. I had some bad experience with other vets in the past, trusting their professional opinion, on reflection however they thought more about all the money they can earn from you rather than what's best for your pet. Sometimes less is more! Do some research and your pet parent homework, discuss with your vet, make an informed decision!

If you want the best treatment for your companion this is the place to go. Tom, Debbie, Ashley and the rest of the team have helped us so much over the years with our animals and those we have fostered for the rescue we work with. Compassionate, realistic and honest. I would recommend almost anyone to use them.

Despite evidence to the contrary a vet there insisted that one of my rats didn't have a respiratory infection and that she had an allergy to the bedding (no matter how many times we changed type and brand!) We had a second opinion at Lynwood who referred her to Piddle Valley and it turned out that she'd had a viral infection for a good while! Respiratory infections left untreated in rodents can lead to heart failure and pneumonia. I've seen the resulting death of animals that have failed to respond to treatment and it is hellish to see them flail around in a panic, desperately gasping for some air while you are helpless to help them. It is a horrific way to die and had we listened to Vets4Pets and failed to get our rat medicated that fate could have been hers. This vet surgery was much better when it was owned by Companion Care.

Got an appointment right away, even though it was night time. Was seen without much of a wait. The vet was quick and thorough and did not distress my cat despite him being in a lot of pain. She preemptively answered any questions we might have and made sure we were happy with his treatment. Above all, my cat was perky and happy again in the morning and that is all that matters :)

Excellent first class service. Really nice friendly and compassionate staff. Reasonable prices plus open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and they don't charge any extra for out of hours appointments. We have tried various veterinary practices over the years and this is one of the best! We can not recommended highly enough!!!

Six weeks ago I rushed my cat into the vets as her whole back end had been ripped to shreds from being attacked, from what we don't know. The vets took her in and stitched her together. We have just finally taken her collar off. She has healed amazingly. We would like to thank all staff involved for all their hard work. And are ever grateful our beautiful Jojo is still here. Tom is definitely the best vet I have come across. The team here is always helpful and friendly. My rats and my dogs go here for several years and I never had a problem booking an appointment, urgent or not. Tom is very knowledgeable and explains things as best as possible.
