Could not have asked for better service. Staff were always willing to take calls and answer questions and the vet Adrian , who dealt with my dog went the extra mile and even came in on his day off to check my dog out when I panicked about the state of his eye. Thank you . I will be forever grateful

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have just been so fantastic and are so knowledgeable keeping me updated all the way.highly recommend the new Vet!

Friendly and personal service. Dosn't feel like some others where you are treated like you are on a conveyer belt and they only have 45 seconds to listen to you and then you need to be out of the doo...

Dosn't feel like some others where you are treated like you are on a conveyer belt and they only have 45 seconds to listen to you and then you need to be out of the door. Also waiting time with an appointment isn't too bad. My dog loves them and he hated the last vets.

Wonderful veterinary centre. Beate and her staff were wonderful with our corgi in all the years we were taking him there. They always had time for him and for us and because they are small and personal, remembered everything about him, even on the phone. Beate never pushes unnecessary treatments or medication and the charges are fair. We felt so lucky to have been recommended to this practice. Thank you Beate and your lovely staff. Hopefully we will be back in due course.

Really excellent service, would recommend to everyone.
Had a poorly rat, so phoned for an appointment which was made next day.
Very clean and tidy office. The vet was very gentle with my rat, and quick to diagnose the issue and offer treatment options. My rat was given an antibiotic injection, and automatically scheduled in appointments for the following two days at the same time.
Each visit I felt well looked after, and all staff seemed professional and knowledgeable.

Terrible experience at this vet.
I took my dog here for a tick to be removed, and the treatment was going well until she tried to get me to buy a tick collar, followed by calming drugs, and then gave me a leaflet on how dogs can become more stressed on the build up to fireworks night ect, ect.
For a vet that is being run out of someones house, this is very corporate where the interest seems to be diagnosis involving drug prescription before symptoms have been explained.
May be this is the signs of the times but I have not experienced this in the UK or Germany before, where we have lived. Strange as the vet is German herself.

I have used this vet for 15 years. Beattie is very thorough, experienced and really cares about the animals she treats. The staff at the surgery are also lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a misunderstanding with them about my last vet visitut being overcharged but now they said will refund it. Service is great and the clinic is very clean.

Could not have asked for better service. Staff were always willing to take calls and answer questions and the vet Adrian , who dealt with my dog went the extra mile and even came in on his day off to check my dog out when I panicked about the state of his eye. Thank you . I will be forever grateful

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have just been so fantastic and are so knowledgeable keeping me updated all the way.highly recommend the new Vet!

Wonderful veterinary centre. Beate and her staff were wonderful with our corgi in all the years we were taking him there. They always had time for him and for us and because they are small and personal, remembered everything about him, even on the phone. Beate never pushes unnecessary treatments or medication and the charges are fair. We felt so lucky to have been recommended to this practice. Thank you Beate and your lovely staff. Very clean and tidy office. The vet was very gentle with my rat, and quick to diagnose the issue and offer treatment options. My rat was given an antibiotic injection, and automatically scheduled in appointments for the following two days at the same time.
