Sadly had to have our 10 year old cat put to sleep when he was suddenly very poorly. Called the emergency vet on a Sunday. Tim was lovely. Kind, sympathetic and very considerate.

Sadly had to have our 10 year old cat put to sleep when he was suddenly very poorly. Called the emergency vet on a Sunday. Tim was lovely. Kind, sympathetic and very considerate.
The month before our almost 18 year old cat was really poorly. Jenny explained she had an aggresive bone tumour which would only get worse. Jenny was also very sympathetic, kind and understanding when she put our old lady to sleep.
The reception staff are also very caring and understanding. They handed over the cats' ashes respectfully.
Highly recommend this vetinary centre

I don't think this Vets is very good more care needed an more continuity of treatment, see the same Vet for your pet, not different Vets every time you go, better customer service not arrogant people ...

Have always been brilliant with my kitten, have had previous pets registered here. The vets are professional and very friendly. Haven't had a negative experience here. Even when my kitten jumped it's their window knocking the leaflets all over the place! Love the service they provide. And they offer payment plans and reasonable pricing, I find that this really helps to be able to afford the pet care I want to provide my animals.

Best vets around made a mistake when a timid vet muzzled my old dog , tried two vets after that and won't be doing that again!!

Best vets around made a mistake when a timid vet muzzled my old dog , tried two vets after that and won't be doing that again!!
My dad has always told me a story where him and mum took a bird in they found on the road was expected to pay out for it but bredys did it for free.
a vets who really do care for the animals not money.

Excellent service for my old cat who we thought was on his last legs then he also got an infection and they saw him numerous times with no overcharging ..His eye ruptured and they booked him in to see...
Excellent service for my old cat who we thought was on his last legs then he also got an infection and they saw him numerous times with no overcharging ..His eye ruptured and they booked him in to see..No charge..Just for antibiotics..Booked in for surgery and they were amazing..He's now out and about living life again...And to think we thought he was going to die or have to be put down...They saved him. So nothing but 5 stars. And a massive thank you from Tigger :)

I was on holiday in the area and had to see the vet urgently for one of my dogs a few weeks ago over the bank holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and they fitted us in straight away. The reception ...
I was on holiday in the area and had to see the vet urgently for one of my dogs a few weeks ago over the bank holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and they fitted us in straight away. The reception staff and vet were brilliant. I cannot recommend these vets highly enough. Thank you!

Sadly had to have our 10 year old cat put to sleep when he was suddenly very poorly. Called the emergency vet on a Sunday. Tim was lovely. Kind, sympathetic and very considerate.
