Very friendly relaxed practice. In over 5 years of regular visits we have never had to wait more than 10 mins for our appointment (which is ideal if you have nervous/anxious pets). There is a separate waiting area for cats from dogs which minimises stress for all the animals. Vets are thorough and incredibly patient (even with badly behaved pets), you never feel rushed and they welcome any questions you may have about every aspect of animal care. Read Less

My cats are my world, they are my best friends and I am the typical 'crazy cat lady' but all the vets and staff at Haydon understand how important my babies are to me and nothing is too much trouble. They took amazing care of my elderly cats who both had long term medical conditions and did everything possible to ensure that both my girls had the best quality of life for as long as possible, Jess was 21 when I finally had to say goodbye and Steve came to our home and could not have been more compassionate in her final moments. I now have two baby girls who are not quite a year old and I know that whatever the future brings I will never have to worry about their medical care. I thoroughly recommend this practice. Read Less

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I have a vet about 1/2 a mile from my house but I would much rather travel the 26 mile round trip to take my dog's to Haydon vet's. I cannot praise the team highly enough for the fantastic treatment, care and attention they have given to my boy's. I have complete and utter confidence in everything they say & do. A really friendly & professional practice that I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending to other's & very reasonable with their price's too. Caring, compassionate and professional veterinary practice.We moved from another local vets to Haydon House and haven't regretted it for a minute. The two vets we've seen have been very thoughtful and caring, both with our cat and with us. They've routinely gone out of their way to be helpful and offer a great service.The practice is clean and efficient and the practice staff very supportive. We particularly like the fact that x-rays and blood tests can take place in-house, so we receive much quicker results than at other practices. There is also a screened area in the waiting room set aside for cats so they don't get distressed by other animals in reception. A lot of thought has gone into the administration to help make the experience of visiting the vets less stressful for the animals.The vet who is currently looking after our ailing, elderly cat is going above and beyond the call of duty. He has now offered to spend his lunchtime opening analgesic capsules, dividing, weighing and refilling so that our cat will receive the right dosage. We haven't been to a veterinary practice who have been that helpful before.Can't praise Haydon House highly enough. Read Less
