Worst experience ever. Rude and dismissive vet, Christchurch branch. Staggered at the cost, asked about pricing structure, few days later letter arrived saying our membership has been cancelled. Great way to deal with a complaint. Intimidating atmosphere also. Avid at all cost. Suggest you read the reviews about this group.

They go above and beyond. Very recently we had to say goodbye to our much loved dog. She had been poorly and had come to the end of her life. Stefan and his team were extremely sensitive, kind and thoughtful during this incredibly hard and sad process. They are a brilliant team of caring people. Thank you - it meant a lot to us.

Very caring to my elderly mum when her dog was ill, treated mum with lots of respect and made mum feel at ease at all times. You can see they generally care about the animals in there care. Stephan the vet is the most caring vet I have ever met, sadly mums dog had to be put to sleep, but it was done with love and dignity for maddy mums 15 year old retriever, thank you to everyone at Best Friends Vet

Very expensive and not sure if the dog comes first or the money they can make also very bad attitude both reception and the vet. You want to be made to feel comfortable and at ease when you take your precious animal to a vet unfortunately they are lacking in a lot of departments.
