Stand and dayla are both great vets have been going here for years and have always found the vets and nurses very friendly and honest and you can tell they genuinely care for each animal they see they are compassionate and very quick off the mark with making correct diagnosis etc I can not recommend highly enough. Good to find a reptile vet within walking distance (we don't drive ). The practice has a warm and friendly atmosphere and we were made to feel welcome. Ron the Snake (!) has not eaten for quite a while and has some other issues (not shedding properly and a twisted lower jaw). Stan got us in on short notice, kept him overnight, did xrays (to make sure the jaw wasn't broken) and removed the unshed skin. Ron is now home and last night ate his first meal in ages. Stan is most definitely the man! I am so grateful for the excellent care that was provided recently when my rabbit stopped eating. Stan is a wealth of knowledge and discussed an x-Ray with me as if I was his equal. I love that an approximation of costs is provided on the consent form so you have an idea of what to expect, and the letter that was provided when we collected Barley listed all the treatment she had received, which would have been invaluable should we have had to visit an out of hours clinic. Dalya was also amazing at the open clinic and spent a lot of time fully assessing the case and answered all my questions fully and again without trying to dumb down the medical explanations.
