Will always do there best to find an appointment time for you and the vets are very knowledgeable but speak to you at an appropriate level. Parking is easy with lots of spaces around the back of the practice and a large and warm waiting area. They have a separate entrance for those animals going in for operations. Read Less

I try not to use this Vet (Highcliffe) but sometimes have to because of the travel distance to the next vet without transport. They charge at least half as much again than any other vet practice and I never really feel comfortable in there from the moment I enter the door. Apart from one particular receptionist (Pam) everyone else that I have come into contact with have been curt and sour. The Vets never take time to make the animal feel comfortable and relaxed before treating them and I have never felt comfortable with the service or the price. My advice would be, if you live in this area and have transport then drive out to another Veterinary Surgery. Read Less

I try not to use this Vet (Highcliffe) but sometimes have to because of the travel distance to the next vet without transport. They charge at least half as much again than any other vet practice and I never really feel comfortable in there from the moment I enter the door. Apart from one particular receptionist (Pam) everyone else that I have come into contact with have been curt and sour.
