Had to make a visit with my boy(cat), Loki today. The new place is absolutely fantastic!! I especially love the separate cat/dog waiting rooms, I personally adore dogs but Loki doesn't share the same opinion and finds them quite scary, making usual visits extra stressful for him but today it was great! The staff are as friendly and lovely as always and despite the normal worry of any vet trip, today was a very pleasant experience. Thank you xxxx

I recently experienced being the other side of the desk, with my boy tigger. Pablo, Amy and Dave were all fabulous caring and compassionate towards myself and Tigger. Tigger came in for ultrasounds and imaging and sadly we discovered he had lymphoma after a weekend at home of love cuddles and spoiling I had Amy and Charlotte visit my home to allow Tigger to fall asleep peacefully in his own home. I can honestly say the care we received was nothing but the best and nothing more than what I see our team of vets, nurses and receptionists give to our clients everyday!

I'm a new client and my Great Dane Beauty was taken seriously ill and we nearly lost her but Pablo and the team fought to save her even though she is old. They did not give up even when there were set backs. She is still there with them as they prefer not to release her until they are confident she is well enough. They have been very accommodating with visiting times for me and the reception staff and nurses are warm welcoming and friendly. I have found them to be very professional but also personal and caring. I look forward to Beauty coming home which if it weren't for them, she wouldn't be !

Thank you all so much. Fantastic practice here in Weymouth. Natasha, Pablo and all the staff there were fantastic when dealing with my ill cat. The care was fantastic, I was never rushed or told there was no appointments despite them being so busy. They made time for us and I was kept very well informed through out my cats overnights stay and of all test and treatments. Can't recommend these guys enough. It's great to have my smudgie back at home.

1 star doesn't even come close to what I want to rate this vets! I had to put my 13 year old lab down last Monday, that's 7 days ago now, the lady that put our dog to sleep can not be faulted. We then phoned up a few hours later and made payment and told the receptionist what we wanted doing with the dogs body.. She then explained the process and gave us the name of where her ashes will go.. So that was it. All over. No. Today we got a phone call asking what we wanted doing with our dogs body as she's been left a week!!!? Is this a joke? I spoke to Dave only to be spoken to like a piece of dirt to be told rudely that they can't undo what's been done.. I understand that but its wrong on so many levels. This will not be left and I will be taking it further. Funny how they heard bank details for payment but misheard what our plan was

Had to make a visit with my boy(cat), Loki today. The new place is absolutely fantastic!! I especially love the separate cat/dog waiting rooms, I personally adore dogs but Loki doesn't share the same opinion and finds them quite scary, making usual visits extra stressful for him but today it was great!
