I can't fault the Heathlands hospital. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. There is plenty of parking. My dog has always received wonderful care here and we have always had things explained in ways that we understand. Read Less

Such wonderful and friendly staff, from the reception through to the nurses and vets themselves. Very helpful and offer great advice and great my pets like their own. So well run and totally perfect. Even if I lived further away I would still visit this practice due to such amazing service. I have been a loyal customer for years and have had several pets treated here and even when they had to go to sleep we were treated with great affection and dignity. I have absolute confidence in the ability and professionalism of the vets. Every member of staff is polite, friendly and helpful. This positives attitude extends to the animals - you get the impression that the staff as a whole love animals and care about their welfare. I would not go anywhere else. Read Less

Walked in and asked for help, after my dog was taken ill on a day out. They spent hours trying to save him, and was very understanding and sensitive to my feelings, even days after he past.
