Used one in Poole and brilliant service.. this one is all about the money not the animals.. charge same price no matter how many prescriptions when others charge one price or reduce price for 2nd etc.. Told I had a pet plan not ever heard off which millions of people have and pay out no problems.. it was to get me to switch to the one they have. The male vet just don't listen and didn't deal with the problem so had to return for another visit and more money. Left and 100 % better service at new vets. They look after charities as well so shows they are not just after money. Read Less

Having been with my previous vet and all it's predecessors for over 30 years, I found myself in the situation where I was not happy with the service given to one of my many pets. I therefore transferred all my pets over to Vets4Pets and have used both the Dorchester and Weymouth branches. What impresses me is the in-depth conversations, knowledge, professionalism and compassion that is given to each situation, the friendly staff from reception, nurses to the vets and the modern premises. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any qualms about their current vet, or who are seeking a vet for their animals. Read Less

I'm sure the hint is in the name. Vets4'PETS'. If a domestic pet had been taken in it would have been a positive experience as I have heard from others. However recently a wild bird of prey was taken in and unfortunately it was a very poor experience. The bird had an injured wing, and came out looking worse than it was when it came in; and later died. Do not put this vet off, but do not take any WILD animal anywhere near it. Read Less
