we thank the lovely receptionist for her welcome greetings and the compassion she showed when our pet was dying. We are shocked by the 3 opportunities that were missed to diagnose our dog as having anything other than kennnel cough - despite knowledge of his breed that are prone to cancer and clinical signs he was failing ( increased panting, resp rates and weight loss) We are unhappy that our wonderful pet wasn't prioritised as an emergency for xray when his condition notably worsened and the vets refused a home visit euthanasia as it would not be convenient until the following day despite being told the specialist vet could only approval travel hiome for a short window as he had vastly increased resp rates since being taken off oxygen in ICU. We are duisappointed the team offered no words of condolence after his death just an impersonal text telling us to collect his insurance forms( which they had taken a full week to complete) Read Less
