I have always used this vet for my last two cats and he always kept my kittens so healthy and cared so much for them. I have a new kitten now and just so I know she will be getting the best treatment, she will be coming to this practice. Henry and his team are brilliant. Outstanding Service and really cares for their animals. Nothing short of 5 stars!

Sir Henry is not the cheapest vet in town. But. He is a brilliant vet. He takes his time, he loves his patients, and is thorough. He always runs late, never on time, but always worth the wait. I would never take my furry family members anywhere else

Great support staff and nurses but Henry, the vet, is incompetent with a serious lack of empathy. Our dog has lymphoma and when she was diagnosed he gave us limited treatment options and information and was suggesting that it may not be worth treating. After consulting multiple other vets who all offered near identical advise, support and detailed treatment plans she has been with us for a year since diagnosis with a good quality of life. Whilst these things are never certain and professional options can differ, every other opinion we got was to treat and the difference in quality of care, competence, as well as the basic conpassion you would expect from a person that you entrust with a life between Henry Feilden and other treatment providers was stark.

I have a new kitten now and just so I know she will be getting the best treatment, she will be coming to this practice. Henry and his team are brilliant. Outstanding Service and really cares for their animals. Nothing short of 5 stars!
