Always a distressing time when your pet is not well and both Reception Staff and Vet (Tori) were very reassuring and helpful. The Vet took time to explain the problem, why it was making Karma so unwell and what was needed to return her to good health. As we were on holiday and needed to return to our base the Reception staff assisted in ringing a taxi. Thank you to you all it was much appreciated

Always a distressing time when your pet is not well and both Reception Staff and Vet (Tori) were very reassuring and helpful. The Vet took time to explain the problem, why it was making Karma so unwell and what was needed to return her to good health. As we were on holiday and needed to return to our base the Reception staff assisted in ringing a taxi. Thank you to you all it was much appreciated
