Despite their friendly and smiley welcome, when you stop and see their work you have to question their ethics and ability.... I don't say this lightly... we had a spaying that went wrong (they admitted fault) , misdiognosed pregnancy of our cat when 5 weeks pregnant (she may need the toilet) and then a costly guilt tripped antibiotic option when we tried to discuss putting our 16 year old cat down who had not been eating and showing pain, when the right option was to let her go.
