I can't complain. They have always been very accommodating and although we see various vets they obviously have our dogs best interests at heart. Although I have heard others complain about them, I personally feel we have had excellent service and at a reasonable cost. They are always willing to just give advice over the telephone. Or even provide a private prescription for drugs at a cheaper cost than other vets. My dog deserves the best and I feel she gets it here. Read Less

We were in Weymouth on Holiday and one of our dogs started to limp badly. We left it overnight and the next day it was worse. Being a Sunday we thought we would have to do an out of hours visit to a vet, but then noticed Vets4pets in the Pets at Home store was open. We were seen straight away and they did a minor procedure later the same day. We had our dog home by 3pm all done. The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient, the vet was very professional and friendly and the nurse was excellent. Bailey, our dog was very happy so we knew he had been well looked after. Just a note to thank the "Vets for Pets" team for their kind attention when I took my Bengal Tiger cat Dylan in today. We were visiting Portland for the weekend, when Dylan started to cry out in pain through an infected ear. I did not make an appointment, but took him straight to Weymouth to Vets 4 Pets as they were open on a Sunday. (VERY useful service). I was seen within 5 minutes, and Anna, the vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring and dealt very competently with Dylan, who can be very difficult! I can't thank the team enough for their wonderful help and attention. Dylan is already feeling much better and rolling around on the carpet purring as his pain is obviously greatly eased. Read Less
