Hillside have been amazing. My 1 yr old Norfolk terrier was very ill and they took such great care of him and gave me so much reassurance and kept me updated on his progress. I am forever grateful to them as Boris is making great progress. He used to hate the vets but since his stay there with all the love and cuddles he can't wait to go and visit again!!

Have always been pleased with the service at Hillside. All of the staff are friendly and supportive with a seemingly genuine passion for the animals they care for. Have to give a special shout out to Chris who is an absolute star with out somewhat neurotic white German Shepherd, and also recently helped us with an issue with Athena, the cat. He's simply brilliant and always makes sure he takes the time to explain exactly what the situation is, what the options are and recommendations. Thank you Hillside!

I thought if only he had seen him he would have been ok but it wasn't to be but that's how good they are,they go that extra mile no matter what.

Such a great practice! Excellent care & attention. I would recommend this practice to anyone, always so helpful! Called late on Tuesday to ask for some advice about one of our cats, Crackers. The ladies on reception were so helpful & Chris was very thorough & explained everything so clearly! Excellent advice & care, thank you! Crackers is already looking much better (sore eyes), although not too chuffed when I had a chat with her about her 2016 diet ha! Thank you all for your care & wish you all a merry Christmas & fab 2016!

I rang last night to see if there was any chance of a late appointment for Wookie our mini schnauzer? Beccie managed to get us in at 7.30pm to see Chris. Wookie hadn't eaten food or drunk anything all day, she spent the whole day on our bed sleeping and definitely wasn't right (she's normally a bit of a loon - I know people say dogs are like their owners ) we arrived and chatted with Veterinary Nurse Helen and Receptionist Beccie who were both lovely while we waited to see Chris. He was extremely thorough and explained things to us, told us important things like the correct gum colour and how to check to see if she's dehydrated (tacky gums) two injections (anti-sickness and tummy pain) Today she's back to nuttiness, eating, drinking and had a great walk. Highly recommend Hillside Vets - Thank-you Chris, Helen and Beccie (although I don't think Wookie would thank Chris for checking her temperature last night )

I thought if only he had seen him he would have been ok but it wasn't to be but that's how good they are,they go that extra mile no matter what.

I rang last night to see if there was any chance of a late appointment for Wookie our mini schnauzer? Beccie managed to get us in at 7.30pm to see Chris. Wookie hadn't eaten food or drunk anything all day, she spent the whole day on our bed sleeping and definitely wasn't right (she's normally a bit of a loon - I know people say dogs are like their owners ) we arrived and chatted with Veterinary Nurse Helen and Receptionist Beccie who were both lovely while we waited to see Chris.
