Best vetinary practice...ever Having travelled fairly extensively with my work I've been exposed to a fair number of vets in the last 15 years particularly given that I have had two accident prone lurchers, and two regular lurchers during this time one of whom had a spinal tumor. Dryfe vets have been fantastic in their caring for all my dogs. They are the only vets I've ever known who know and recall the names of my dogs. All the staff are fantastic from the senior vets through the nurses and all the support team. You can tell they truly care about the welfare and care of our pets and take a holistic approach. They are the best vet I have ever been to... I have had pets for years and been with them for 11 years... Prior to that as a visitor from Leicestershire... They are always responsive and willing to help... They saved one my dogs lives when she developed struvite crystals... Then developed thyroid problems and latterly as she has got older arthritis in her elbows... The team are first class and I wouldn't go anywhere else.... One of their vets saved a wee bitch who turned out to be Freya's sister.... We took her in and now they are inseparable... Absolutely 1st class treatment from 1st class people in a 1st class establishment! We cannot recommend the Dryfe Vets in Lockerbie highly enough. Our three dogs are all registered there, one has lifelong allergies and another is currently battling a form of cancer which sadly, is terminal. All the staff remember us and our dogs by name, we are greeted kindly and warmly every time we are there. I truly believe that the dogs get the best treatment they possibly could find because these guys really do care about what they do. Nothing is too much effort here and they go above and beyond the call of duty everytime. I am confident leaving my boys here for their treatment and know they are in safe hands. Even the office staff are brilliant and lovely, they help me keep my account under control by having facilities to set up payment plans and standing orders and will help with anything they can, from assisting me with confusing pet insurance claim forms, right down to just being there to talk to when I'm in the waiting room waiting for one of the boys to finish their treatment. I wouldn't consider any other vet to treat my furry family because when they are with Dryfe Vets, they are treated like one of their family.Read Less
