Our Practice was established in 1994. It is a dedicated small animal practice run from two sites, Pembroke and Milford Haven. The practices are supported by five Veterinary Surgeons, four Qualified Veterinary Nurses and fourteen support staff. We provide a high quality caring and professional service, with friendly staff in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

Huge massive thankyou to every one in pembroke kingston vets who helped saved my pooch ((buster the st bernard)) especially the vets that looked after him they done a fantasic job making sure he pulled through even though he was critical and with his recovery hes made a full recovery just waiting for his fur to grow back now lol thankyou to everyone....would highly recommend these vets x Read Less

I would like to register my disappointment for the time it is taking to process my recent insurance claim form. It has been nearly 2 weeks now since I brought in the insurance claim form to be comple... Read More
I would like to register my disappointment for the time it is taking to process my recent insurance claim form. It has been nearly 2 weeks now since I brought in the insurance claim form to be completed by the vet after treating my dog sooty. My insurance company is still awaiting the completed form to be returned to them. Waiting over 2 weeks for you to return the form is unacceptable especially after paying to get this service done. My current insurance company have a dead line of 21 days for all claim forms to returned to them from start of treatment which leaves 7 days remaining. This is not the first time I have had to chase up the completion of a claim form after my dog has received treatment at the surgery and I think this is unacceptable and poor customer service. The fabulous and continuity of care shown by all the staff. I couldn't even contemplate using another practice.
