After a very bad experience with the vets in Pembroke six years ago, ever since Tenby vets have looked after our Teg, until recently when eventually he had to be put to sleep suffering with lymphoma. All of the vets have provided a very professional yet caring, compassionate and friendly service. Our two new pups Dex and Flyn have just joined their books, hopefully we won’t need to see the vets often, but it is very reassuring to know that they are there and can be trusted to always do what is in the very best interest for our dogs and not their cash register. Walk in practice between 8.30 and 10, it tends to get extremely busy at that time, but all the vets I've dealt with Are absolutely fantastic, and the great thing is, they don't over charge you like I have known at some other cats. Read Less

Took my greyhound in for the last of a course of injections for arthritis. Had less than two minutes "consultation" before the vet recommended x rays. Didn't examine her, didn't even watch her walking (even after being asked to) to assess whether there was any improvement. All about the money. Read Less

After a night of pacing by our dog while on holiday in Tenby we phoned the vet 1st thing in the morning. Went to the walk-in clinic expecting a long wait but we were seen and out in about 45 minutes. Buster slept all day after his treatment and was back to normal the next day so back to enjoying the beach and we had a decent nights sleep too! Been with this vet for around 6/7 years, Toby my 14 year old Jack russel went in today for dental surgery and this evening you wouldn't even no he had been in, he is back to eating and back to normal already, the service was amazing I took him Monday to an emergency appointment and everything all sorted by Wednesday evening, I would highly recommend I really can't fault it. My dog was run over a few weeks ago i rang to be seen as he is registered there and was told my dog couldnt be seen unless i gave 65 (before dog was seen) baring in mind my dog was bleeding badly practically dying in my arms which resulted in me taking my dog to pembroke vets where he was put to sleep if he had of been seen earlier he might of had a chance totally disgusted!!!
