Took my dog to a different vet before here, they advised that our dog should be put down and write him off NO CHANCE! (I'm not naming them or shaming them as we all make mistakes and get it wrong), It broke my heart, cried my eyes out, I called MBM and they give me an appointment the very next day, just came back, they were very professional and diligent, they took tests instead of just assuming the worst, they went the extra mile for us by highlighting other treatment which would improve the situation and were extremely helpful, outstanding service, lovely people, my dog has hope now, hallelujah! Its obvious that they really love animals, I thank God for them. Read Less

Front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The three different vets my kitten saw were unable to provide any help for his cat flu, apart from telling us to keep coming back when he gets an infection so that they could prescribe antibiotics. We had to GOOGLE and ASK them for a decongestant after the third time we paid for consultation and antibiotics. The decongestant worked well and he got so much better. Also, a lot of additional, unexplained and vague charges on their invoices, when questioned, nobody seemed to know what they were for and who put them on there. In summary, a money making racquet with little to no care for the animals wellbeing and front desk staff are cold and unhelpful. Only redeeming factor was the lovely nurse, who seemed to be the only person with some warmth in the place. Rather drive further to find a better vet than be stuck with substandard care for your beloved animals.Read Less
