I would like to say a big Thankyou to Mr Jefferson, Mrs Mason and all the staff at Dalblair vets ( Prestwick ). Their treatment of my cat Scooter when he was undergoing a delicate surgery was second to none.
In particular their professionalism ,before and aftercare advice , education and courtesy was above and beyond.
In addition Scooter normally hides in the cupboard after returning from vet. This time he just jumped on the bed and fell asleep. Obviously treated very well .
Many ,many thanks indeed I am beyond grateful.

I would like to thank the team at Dalblair, especially Carol and John, for their excellent organisation of the euthanasia of my Dog Bruno. I had originally booked to come to the surgery, but as he couldn't walk anymore, I had to ask for a home visit. The receptionist was very understanding and then Carol phoned and arranged for a vet to come to us asap. She explained the process and the cost involved. Then I got a phone call to say that the vet was on his way. When John arrived at our house he knew exactly the history of Bruno and explained again what was going to happen. He gave us time to say goodbye and the opportunity to be with Bruno on our own if we wished. Although a very sad occasion, the professionalism and dignity by all involved helped us cope with the process much better.

Dalblair receptionist Claire Forsyth has saved my missing cats life....she heard her crying, stuck in a neighbours garage and went to investigate! Ruby had been missing for just over a month and wouldn't have survived much longer if it weren't for Claire. What a great neighbour to have! Big thanks to Claire and a credit to Dalblairs.

Sick of this vets just wanting to charge u for everything my dog has a problem with his ears which needs proper medication to clear it up was told by a vet once that she would put it on his records so we would not have to keep brining him in the last time I wanted it was told u can't have it till the vets see him because it was a year since he last had it ok fair enough phoned today to get it told u can't get because it's 6 months since u last had it can't win money grabbing reptiles u won't ever see him again be cause I'm changing vets william Davis

Thank you to all at Dalblair Vets in Prestwick and Ayr for looking after my wee boy GUS for the last 4 years and in particular a big thank you to Stuart Jefferson who really was Gus's vet! GUS came to us as a rescue just over 4 years ago and with a number of issues which Dalblair vets constantly gave us advice and treatments for. Sadly two weeks ago My precious wee boy GUS was put to sleep and it's taken me two weeks to be strong enough to write this, I am totally lost without him, the house is so empty. So if there are any Westies that cross your path that need a new forever home or a foster home then please get in touch. Keep up the good work Dalblair!

I would like to say a big Thankyou to Mr Jefferson, Mrs Mason and all the staff at Dalblair vets ( Prestwick ). Their treatment of my cat Scooter when he was undergoing a delicate surgery was second to none.

I would like to thank the team at Dalblair, especially Carol and John, for their excellent organisation of the euthanasia of my Dog Bruno.
