I have just had a text to say I owe £30 which I couldn't believe as I always pay straight away. I called to be told I am now being charged £15 for my insurance claims. What next am I going to be charged for????? It is really getting ludicrous!!! I love my dog dearly but it's getting to the stage where I can't afford to go. Your prices are bad enough never mind this! And I did not put a claim in for dental work...I paid it in full. Read Less
