I enjoy been bringing my dog here since he was a pup. He loves visiting them and they always fuss with him and have cuddles. I have signed up to vaccinations for life and a monthly payment which makes it easier to grab flee and worming treatments for just £13 a month which works out a lot cheap. They are always happy to help on the phone if I need to call. I also got advice on which is the best insurance for my dog. I have recommended them to my friends and family. Read Less

Our beloved Labrador, Bella, has received various treatments from the vets over a few years, unfortunately she took a turn for the worst on Monday and a lovely vet and nurse came to our house to put her sleep. They were so understanding and compassionate and gave us so much time to be with her and allowed us to surround her during her last moments. Although extremely upsetting, it was the most perfect way to say goodbye and she was able to stay on the comfort of her bed the whole time. We even received a card the day after! We moved to Kingston vets around a year ago after we heard from family and colleagues how friendly & helpful the staff are and how clean the surgery always are. Whilst we wearnt unhappy with our previous vets we didn't feel we got the same experience we had been told about at Kingston vets. Upon registering we were not disappointed and our pets l were greeted and welcomed. In the last 6 months we have had increased communication and appointments with the surgery for various reasons. We sadly lost our eldest dog 5 months ago after an accident and rushed her straight to the surgery who were accommodating, reacted at light speed and were amazing and helpful throughout. The week following this our 6 month old puppy had an appointment to be spayed, all the staff were aware of our situation and again made us feel at ease and were very helpful and supportive. We now have another puppy who as been spayed by the surgery who have be again helpful, informative and caring at all times. Our first experience with the 24hr service at park street was recently and again all staff were brilliant. Whilst with our previous vets we were lucky enough to only have been for annual injections I cannot imagine that the last 6 months of very regular visits would have been the same if our dogs had not been cared for by the Kingston vets and nurses. The attention and care they give is amazing. I cannot recommend the staff highly enough they are all friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much. The customer service is fab and the surgery is always spotless. Thank you to all the staff who have helped us and kept our puppies tales wagging!Read Less

What an fantastic place this is. I'd give 6* if I could. They genuinely care about all the animals they see. So warm and compassionate. If only human doctors were the same.
