Staff are OK. But the company stinks of profiteering at the expense of animals suffering. My dog was in pain and they want £61 surcharge before I bring her in. £61 for doing absolutely NOTHING. Big company rip off as per usual. ( I can't get that sort of money as quick or easy as that because I am on state pension)Then any consultation fees and treatment costs on top of that, because she is not registered with them. My vet is closed at weekends so vets4pets are taking advantage of that. Big smiles and happy staff when you are buying in the shop but showed zero compassion for my dog. My advice is use other vets and also friendly and compassionate family run pet shops like the one in Anlaby centre. Read Less

We were very relieved to find this practice. Everybody shows a level of care, concern and are highly skilled, all of which warrants 5 stars. Time is taken by the vets, nurses and nurse assistants to explain procedures. The practice is open 7 days a week, so even if your pet needs a vet on Sunday it'll be seen. On Wednesdays there is a 10% reduction on cost. There are very good offers for immunisations too.Read Less
