Would like to say a big thank you to the team for safely bringing my french bulldogs 6 puppies safely into the world via c-section! Had the very sad experience of putting our dog to sleep , booked a time to bring in our beloved pet dog" Molly " was told to bring her in at 10.10 am , was fully expecting to be seen at 10.10 , but to my dismay , we were left in waiting room , with my dog dying and in pain in my arms for 10 -15mins , the waiting room was full , both me and my wife were in tears in the waiting room , they should at least take you straight in ,or take you into a private room , we had molly for nearly 13 yrs , so loosing her was like loosing a family member , iieoukd expect somekind of private room so you can compose yourself and say your goodbyes but no we were left ,on full view , it was the worse experience I've ever had at a vets , we will never go back ,

After bad experience with another vetenary surgery with a previous rabbit, who was sadly put to sleep, I have to say I was nervous about my first visit with my present pet rabbit, only to be put at ease and welcomed by professional friendly staff. All's well with my little boy (now registered there), and would not hesitate in calling in on them again. Thank you, he was so well looked after

Used this place for years for my cat and all the staff have been great, except one of my last visits with a male vet I've not seen before. He barely said two words to me, and then when he was checking...
Used this place for years for my cat and all the staff have been great, except one of my last visits with a male vet I've not seen before. He barely said two words to me, and then when he was checking over my very poorly cat, who was obviously distressed and hissing and growling, he tapped (quite a firm tap I might add) him on his nose! My cat went for him and sunk his claws into his hand. The vet stormed out of the room without a word, was gone a while, came back with his hand bandaged and gave a very short sentence about what we should do next. A very uncomfortable experience for both me and my cat on that occasion.

I've always been pleased with the service at V4P. From ringing to making an appointment through to the treatment everything is smooth and polite. Can't fault it, apart from the fact that it's be good for them to have an area to park a cat carrier off the floor away from dogs. It's the only thing another practice does that's better than V4P.

After a number of less-than-positive visits to Kingston Vets we tried this place. Very nice people who absolutely know their stuff and are happy to talk through everything with you.
There is sometimes a delay, but you'll appreciate not being rushed and having the opportunity to ask questions so give others that chance too - even if it eats into your allotted time.

My black lab was terrified of going to a previous vet who also missed a serious illness that took my girl far too soon. Thankfully for the short remaining time we went to Vets 4 Pets who took time to make friends and earn the trust of my dog. They couldn't do enough for her and gave me more time with her which I'm eternally grateful.

It was our first time at vets4pets, both my daughter and i took our ragdoll kittens for neutering and chipping. I have to say a big thankyou to the staff as they were lovely and gave us lots of information, and both kittens came home a few hours later they were both running around playing and quite happy which we did'nt expect.
