Had the very sad experience of putting our dog to sleep , booked a time to bring in our beloved pet dog" Molly " was told to bring her in at 10.10 am , was fully expecting to be seen at 10.10 , but to my dismay , we were left in waiting room , with my dog dying and in pain in my arms for 10 -15mins , the waiting room was full , both me and my wife were in tears in the waiting room , they should at least take you straight in ,or take you into a private room , we had molly for nearly 13 yrs , so loosing her was like loosing a family member , iieoukd expect somekind of private room so you can compose yourself and say your goodbyes but no we were left ,on full view , it was the worse experience I've ever had at a vets , we will never go back , We now go to the gables on first lane , hessle , more professional , Read Less

Used this place for years for my cat and all the staff have been great, except one of my last visits with a male vet I've not seen before. He barely said two words to me, and then when he was checking over my very poorly cat, who was obviously distressed and hissing and growling, he tapped (quite a firm tap I might add) him on his nose! My cat went for him and sunk his claws into his hand. The vet stormed out of the room without a word, was gone a while, came back with his hand bandaged and gave a very short sentence about what we should do next. A very uncomfortable experience for both me and my cat on that occasion. Read Less
