Used this place for years for my cat and all the staff have been great, except one of my last visits with a male vet I've not seen before. He barely said two words to me, and then when he was checking over my very poorly cat, who was obviously distressed and hissing and growling, he tapped (quite a firm tap I might add) him on his nose! My cat went for him and sunk his claws into his hand. The vet stormed out of the room without a word, was gone a while, came back with his hand bandaged and gave a very short sentence about what we should do next. A very uncomfortable experience for both me and my cat on that occasion. Read Less
