Somewhat unbelievably, the receptionist contacted the wrong vet practice and my e-mail reply was ignored by her colleagues, thus I had to obtain my rabbit's notes from the practice that I had been using. Despite having informed the practice manager that she would apologise to me, the receptionist did not. Furthermore, the vet was unavailable for my rabbit's appointment- I was informed that he was dealing with an emergency and would be a long time, however, judging by the very small number of clients in the waiting area, I suspect that the receptionist had booked the appointment with the vet on a day when he was not working. My rabbit did see a vet, who, unusally for a vet, seemed relatively knowledgeable, however, she told me to take my rabbit back to the vet who she had been seeing- surely I could have been told that over the 'phone when I booked the appointment. If you like incompetent and dishonest receptionists and appreciate having your time wasted, then I would recommend this practice. Read Less

I have just recently moved in the area and looking for an Avian vets that right for your bird is a hard decision. When I called up and spoke to front of house I was immediately reassured and knew my grey would be in safe hands. Not had to call in on making an appointment just yet, but my little man is due a Health check soon. Battle Flatts clinic in Stamford Bridge is absolutely outstanding, all of the staff we have had dealings with are extremely friendly, kind and professional. We travel quite a distance to take our parrot to see Mark Naguib who in our book is just simply the best. Mark makes sure he explains everything to you so you understand, he is very knowledgeable . You can tell that Mark really does care about the animals and goes above and beyond to find out what is wrong even when he is himself baffled he never gives up. We all felt as soon as we met him complete trust and would not take our parrot anywhere else!!
