First time using this Vets, trying to find a competent Vet in the area but this one is like the others, they don't have the medication ins stock and think you can simply take more time off and come back another day. Appointment system is a shambles, had to wait ages just to be let down. Read Less

I just (29-JUN-2016) visited the practice on Little Common Road to ask for an appointment for my dog having just moved to the area. I waited in reception for 10 minutes and was completely ignored - not even an acknowledgement that someone would be with me in a while. I was the only customer in the reception area. Greenleaves out of hours clinic. Have used them twice now, once for my own pet, the vet had very little knowledge of guinea pigs, tipping him upside down and shaking him before finally deciding that he didnt know and 'could put him to sleep if i want' and once for an injured wild seagull, who was clearly suffering, where they attempted to charge us for even looking at it! Extremely rude staff and incompetent in my opinion. Its such a shame there is no other out of hours option in the area.Read Less

lovely place very good mail vet. unfortunately they have a extremely rude receptionist an older lady I do not know her name. I have encountered her extreme rudeness on several occasions now resulting in me now changing my vets. Read Less
