We offer complete veterinary care for your pets.
Our vets and resident trained nursing staff are here to help your pets with our full medical, dental & laboratory facilities.
The practice is now open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Saturdays and Bank Holidays 8.00am to 5.00pm for you to collect repeat prescription and diet foods.
Consultations are available throughout the day, by appointment only, however if you have a severely sick animal or an emergency we will see them as soon as possible.

My little dog recently had severe gastroenteritis and was haemorrhaging badly. Our usual vets had shut for the day so I was extremely thankful that the Well House could fit him in urgently. I saw Mark Johnston who examined him thoroughly, took bloods etc, gave him injections, prescribed tablets and advised me to keep him hydrated or he would have to go into Tunbridge Wells overnight for an intravenous drip. We managed to nurse him at home all weekend and after a couple of days he started to improve. He is seemingly now back to his normal self. We can't thank them enough for their care and attention!

Been our Vet practice for longer than I care to remember, wouldn't go anywhere else! We had our first dog just over 50 years and all five of our dogs have had excellent and compassionate care.

This vets practice is disgusting they would not treat or help my parents dog even though she was clearly in distress and struggling to breath .
They wanted £350 to even look at her I explained this was sudden and I would willingly pay once treated as she was suffering badly but they declined and later my dog passed away
I will never EVER use this practice again not will my family I have never known of a vet not to help a dog in need or to put money before a dogs life sickening.
My parents dog was only 5 years old and her death could have prevented if she got the help straight away that she needed ! But to them money was the main priority rather then saving a dogs life should shut down.
The staff are shocking and totally inconsiderate of our feelings and my our dogs needs.

My little dog recently had severe gastroenteritis and was haemorrhaging badly. Our usual vets had shut for the day so I was extremely thankful that the Well House could fit him in urgently.
