Minus stars would be more appropriate for this vet. After many consultations and £1,000’s spent this vet still failed my pet. My poor over medicated cat nearly died. Fortunately, I had the sense to step in and remove my pet from her surgery before this vet decided to sedate my weak poorly pet even further to unnecessarily cut him open! I agree with the previous review. AVOID.

Took my perfectly happy waggy tailed dog into this practice for a procedure on her mouth which was sore and infected, this was the first time she was treated by this vet. She died - avoid them.

Caring for 21 very specialist birds of prey, Rosario has for the last 15 years been my go to, for emergency treatments & the skills, compassion, dedication she shows is sublime. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my appt but that happens when I go to the doctors too - I guess it depends who they have to treat beforehand/if there is an emergency.
The reception staff were help...
I had to wait about 20 minutes for my appt but that happens when I go to the doctors too - I guess it depends who they have to treat beforehand/if there is an emergency.
The reception staff were helpful and showed an interest in my dog, playing with him a little, while we were waiting. The vet herself was lovely - kind, efficient, thorough, patient. They were accommodating and said they would keep my dog there for a few hours when I thought I couldn't pick him up after a treatment.
I haven't tried any other vets in the area, but on the 3 or so times I've been to see them, I can't really fault them.

Can't thank Rosario and her staff enough for the dedicated care they have shown for my Zeus though all of his troubles. Timekeeping of appointments can seem a little long, but she is always trying her best for the animals, her compassion is always there.
I would highly recommend and will always have my fur babies seen by Rosario and her nursing team.

I was probably one of those people that caused Rosario to keep clients waiting ...my irish setter was on the point of death with pneumonia having been through the hands of 2 other practices inc vet co...
I was probably one of those people that caused Rosario to keep clients waiting ...my irish setter was on the point of death with pneumonia having been through the hands of 2 other practices inc vet collage in London all of whom failed to diagnose bronchitis. She immediately treated her high temp 40C which she had been running for 5 days, gave diuretics to drain lungs and intravenous anti- biotics rather than the oral ones she had been given previously...she was with Kodie for a long time and is the most caring vet I have ever seen in 30 yrs of dog ownership! If I had gone to her first Kodie probably would not have got SO ILL land we would not have spent 2.650 before she had any EFFECTIVE treatment The nurse Claire was also very experienced and nothing was too much trouble .I for one will never go anywhere else...

I also went to horsebridge at a sad time when my little cat was hit by a car. It was the middle of the night when I called them, but the Vet welcomed me in and couldn't have been kinder to me or more solicitous towards a very loved pet. Sadly she died later that night, but I know that if anything could have been done for her it was. I experienced nothing but sensitivity and I want to say thank you.

christmas day sadly we had to have our beloved pet put to sleep phoned the vet they had put the wrong telephone number on the emergency answer phone after hours of searching we found a vet able and willing to help THANKYOU 2 hours later a phone call from the vet with an apology a bit late we will never return to a place with such lack of care

The reception staff were helpful and showed an interest in my dog, playing with him a little, while we were waiting. The vet herself was lovely - kind, efficient, thorough, patient.
