I had to wait about 20 minutes for my appt but that happens when I go to the doctors too - I guess it depends who they have to treat beforehand/if there is an emergency. The reception staff were helpful and showed an interest in my dog, playing with him a little, while we were waiting. The vet herself was lovely - kind, efficient, thorough, patient. They were accommodating and said they would keep my dog there for a few hours when I thought I couldn't pick him up after a treatment. I haven't tried any other vets in the area, but on the 3 or so times I've been to see them, I can't really fault them. Read Less

Can't thank Rosario and her staff enough for the dedicated care they have shown for my Zeus though all of his troubles. Timekeeping of appointments can seem a little long, but she is always trying her best for the animals, her compassion is always there. I was probably one of those people that caused Rosario to keep clients waiting ...my irish setter was on the point of death with pneumonia having been through the hands of 2 other practices inc vet collage in London all of whom failed to diagnose bronchitis. She immediately treated her high temp 40C which she had been running for 5 days, gave diuretics to drain lungs and intravenous anti- biotics rather than the oral ones she had been given previously...she was with Kodie for a long time and is the most caring vet I have ever seen in 30 yrs of dog ownership! If I had gone to her first Kodie probably would not have got SO ILL land we would not have spent 2.650 before she had any EFFECTIVE treatment The nurse Claire was also very experienced and nothing was too much trouble .I for one will never go anywhere else... I also went to horsebridge at a sad time when my little cat was hit by a car. It was the middle of the night when I called them, but the Vet welcomed me in and couldn't have been kinder to me or more solicitous towards a very loved pet.
