I had a bad experience here and wrote an email listing my complaints. This was 15 days ago, since then I have emailed a further two times, rung once and visited once. Each time the reception team (very good) respond by telling me that the two Practice Managers, Graeme and Lucy, will be in contact. Ignoring my correspondence will not make this go away. It is rude and extremely unprofessional.

Called to make an appointment for one of our pet rats today as we woke up to find her with a prolapsed uterus and although they were all booked up they still managed to make time to fit her in, despite the fact that the only vet on duty was actually allergic to rats. The vet herself was great, she managed to examine Nova without touching her and knew everything about the condition and how to treat it. All the staff were very polite and really went out of their way to help us out. We can not thank them enough and we definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need.

Outstanding veterinary service. I brought my Rottweiler here for scans and everyone was just wonderful as it was a new place for him. They were careful to welcome him gently and called me as soon as they had any information. Really super staff. It's easy to get to and all pricing was made very clear to me beforehand. I can't recommend this service enough.

We had the terrible task of having to have a cat put down I was cat sitting for for a friend. The first impression of having to walk through Pets at Home and the waiting area in the reptile department...
We had the terrible task of having to have a cat put down I was cat sitting for for a friend. The first impression of having to walk through Pets at Home and the waiting area in the reptile department wasn't great but this was all turned positive when we met the doctor and veterinary nurses.
My experience with vets so far was that they often are good with animals but lack communications skills with humans. This wasn't the case at all here. Both my friend and I were most impressed by very caring and friendly staff at this surgery!
We were explained the options and procedures in detail and the doctor explained everything again to the cat owner over the phone. I couldn't have wished for a better vet team in such a difficult situation!

Called to make an appointment for one of our pet rats today as we woke up to find her with a prolapsed uterus and although they were all booked up they still managed to make time to fit her in, despite the fact that the only vet on duty was actually allergic to rats.
