I rarely leave reviews but after speaking with staff (once I got through), I was assured a call back to make a complaint but this was not forthcoming. I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with a junior, Ben Capehorn, who, the first time round was dismissive, abrupt and uncaring. Once, again I had to see him as no-one else was available and he was again rude, disingenuous and seemed to humour the fact I cared so deeply about my animals. I am sure he is just young and inexperienced but the other vets have been so professional in my past dealings. So disappointing. Read Less
