My cat Maggie was unfortunately attacked by an unknown source which caused a large significant injury to her side that needed urgently operating on. The team managed to get her in at a very short notice before closing, operated within the hour and looked after her overnight for me. I was called before during and after the surgery and then as soon as they opened with an update on how her night went the following morning. Since the surgery we have revisited due to a very naughty Maggie pulling her stitches out just day 3, again it wasn’t any trouble seeing her again at short notice I came down straight away where a lovely nurse looked over her wound for reassurance.
I cannot fault rustington vets for pets all of the team have been friendly and welcoming and recognised our faces we walked in due to Maggie being a repeat offender!
I have since registered my other 2 cats with the practice as I felt so at ease being there. Read Less

I genuinely write this review not as a grievance but as a sincere wish that the owners will take on my comments and make some constructive improvements. I can't fault the vets I have met (Judith, Luis), I have found them incredibly professional and compassionate. However, their 'front of house' team have left me frustrated and quite frankly angry. I have found them uncaring, surly and incapable of demonstrating basic customer service. As a veterinary practice, caring is of paramount importance. We are pet owners because we love and care for our animals and so when met with indifference, arrogance and a distinct lack of caring you will only anger those of us who are in distress and simply trying to find the best care we can. Please, either help your staff be kinder and more caring or help them find positions in jobs that don't require it. I will be delighted to speak with the practice owners if I can be of further help to have you understand the background behind my comments. Read Less

Poor fella had it's spine and both back legs broken.
Thanks to them, my cat is now happily running a round as nothing would have happened.
They will listen to you and will not offer what is not necessary.
For examination, xray, enema, emptying of bladder, pain killers, anti inflammatory medicines (and some extra given to take home) I have paid 200. I would say that it is really reasonable.
Whenever I come there, it is always busy. People go there for a reason.
