I don't even know where to start, I have been with this vets for 6+ years and trying to get an appointment for both my dogs vacations is truly a nightmar...
CALL YOURSELVES A VETERINARY PRACTICE Seaford!
I don't even know where to start, I have been with this vets for 6+ years and trying to get an appointment for both my dogs vacations is truly a nightmare, Yesterday I called up to book my dogs in for their annual jabs but to be told there isn't any vets at the moment and they only have limited appointments for vaccines and to call back in August 2022, bear in mind their jabs are now overdue as the practice has cancelled 2 of my appointments.
I wanted to book an appointment for a few weeks’ time, I had a selection of dates which would work around my work commitments as the practice sent me a annual vaccine reminder email. I had 2 pervious appointments booked in with Pet Doctors but they were both cancelled by the practice.
The receptionist I was dealing with was so rude and felt like she wanted me off the phone quickly.
There was no concern that my dogs are now overdue their vaccines.
When I phoned up to say I was leaving the Vets, her reaction was okay, then I asked what happens about my Direct Debit for my healthy pet plan she said I will cancel it now... !!!!
Thank Goodness I have left and got myself a new vets!
Pet Doctors have GONE DOWN HIL!!!

caused alot of upset for my family that was not needed and just keep giving medication for what they think without looking into the problem properly

OK this vet is a lot better than others we went to.
The staff are helpful full of information and actually really honest and care about your pocket and the animals on our visit the stuff we had to do ...
OK this vet is a lot better than others we went to.
The staff are helpful full of information and actually really honest and care about your pocket and the animals on our visit the stuff we had to do would initially of. Ost £142,23 but got told to sign up to pet plan through then only costing 9.99 a month we were back in 6 months so by paying a year monthly cost a lot less than one off payments.
So if you meet them your see how honest they are, if the vets honest means their not just there as a cash cow.

All the staff are amazing, friendly and caring especially Karen the senior vet. I wouldn't go or trust anywhere else to look after my pet the way Pet doctors do. Outstanding!
