I was at this practice with my dog for a year, after which I moved to Spain. I went to the surgery in person to finalise my dog's vaccinations and informed them that I would be leaving the country. Ov...
I was at this practice with my dog for a year, after which I moved to Spain. I went to the surgery in person to finalise my dog's vaccinations and informed them that I would be leaving the country. Over the last year I have had constant texts and emails reminding me of my dog's vaccination boosters and health checks. Despite emailing the practice several times and unsubscribing, the texts continue. The last one was last week on the very day that I had to have my beloved dog put to sleep after a long illness. I am bitterly disappointed in this practice and have asked for a copy of their complaints policy which I have yet to receive.
