Please avoid these Vets. Picked them initially because they were at convenient opening times but I had to move as they put my pup through an unnecessary sedation & x-ray (and wanted an expert to check it out further!) with no real reason - just being 'over cautious'.
The Vet's urgency scared me into actions I shouldn't have taken - at quite a costly amount.

My 2 cats have been with Vets4pets for several years after transferring from another vet that I was not happy with. My cats both suffered with the long term condition of hyperthyroidism so had to have regular check ups, and I have always found all the vets to be very friendly and knowledgeable when dealing with them. Sadly we have just lost both our cats (for completely different reasons) just 6 weeks apart. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and compassion at such a terrible time. They clearly explained what was wrong, along all the options available to us and fully supported our decision. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We rushed our dog Missy in as an emergency a few weeks back, she was very sick but Shweta and the team have been absolutely amazing from day one! After necessary tests and investigations which the vets constanly kept us up to date with and gave us results as soon as they were in Shweta had a diagnosis and performed surgery. We were kept informed throughout the the whole process with our dogs progress her prognosis was poor but thanks to the determination and care of the whole team our little lady is back to her old self. We have been treated with so much care and respect by all. The vets, nurses and reception team are all so kind. We are eternally grateful to Shweta and the whole team for saving our dogs life, when we visit our little lady drags us in she can't wait to see everyone and she's like a little celebrity when she gets in with kisses and cuddles from all the team. Words cannot tell you how grateful we are. Thank you.

Please avoid these Vets. Picked them initially because they were at convenient opening times but I had to move as they put my pup through an unnecessary sedation & x-ray (and wanted an expert to check it out further!) with no real reason - just being 'over cautious'.

My 2 cats have been with Vets4pets for several years after transferring from another vet that I was not happy with. My cats both suffered with the long term condition of hyperthyroidism so had to have regular check ups, and I have always found all the vets to be very friendly and knowledgeable when dealing with them. Sadly we have just lost both our cats (for completely different reasons) just 6 weeks apart. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and compassion at such a terrible time. We rushed our dog Missy in as an emergency a few weeks back, she was very sick but Shweta and the team have been absolutely amazing from day one!
