I am not writing about the store, however just the vets and their reception staff. My cat went to their vets on the 21/06/18 to where my partner was given tablets for our cat. The vets name was Lizzie, she explained how we needed to give our cat these tablets one twice a day for a week, and then half twice a day. So we should have got 21 tablets in total. We realised when we got home that the vet Lizzie, had only given and prescribed us for 10 tablets. Due to this I had to travel back up to the vets where I was greeted by a lady at reception who read out the mistake that Lizzie had made and wanted to talk to her about the mistake. I still had to pay for the extra tablets that were incorrectly given to begin with and travelling back to their store, wasting my petrol. I explained how I was not happy about paying for the tablets and the reception lady explained how the vets are under extreme stress, and how it was just human error. However in my job I have to deal with child's safety all day to where no human error can be made, and what I am annoyed most about is the vet did not even approach me and apologise for the mistake that she had made. I am disgusted by the attitude that I got and how I still had to pay for the vital mistake that the vet had made. Overall my experience with this vet was disgusting and I will not be returning to this vets. Read Less

I was very happy with the service provided by the vet. He was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. I wasn't too discouraged by the cost of the two blood tests either, at £157. However, I was disgusted at the price of a bottle of liquid Ranitidine (Zantac), £55 is an absolute joke. I can buy it in tablet form at 79p for 12. Needless to say if any treatment is needed in the future, I will not be buying medication from Vets4Pets. Read Less
