I was recomended this vet by a friend. The clincher was that they can spay bitches using keyhole surgery. Add the fact that they are not part of a national chain. I was sold. I took my very nervous dog and was very apprehensive, how would she cope? Well it was more how would they cope. She barked so much she nearly lost her bark. Despite this the staff were so kind and professional. We are now 48hrs after the proceedure, She has been back for a check over. All is good in our world. I can take her for short walks. She is raring to go. Why would anyone wanting to have their dog spayed not have this proceedure? I came here specially for their expertise. I will continue to use them, for their overarching wonderfulness!!

My Dachshund has just had keyhole surgery to be spayed; she was back to her normal self the next day. The procedure was explained to me beforehand by the veterinary surgeon who was extremely patient and reassuring. I was also able to have updates during the day of the op. The nurses were so kind and friendly to my little dog; thank you for your excellent care and expertise. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice and keyhole surgery for your pets.

After initially going to Riverside vets on canvey island who I found to be very cold and just after my money, was told I needed to have my cat put to sleep I was sobbing and they didn't even offer me ...
After initially going to Riverside vets on canvey island who I found to be very cold and just after my money, was told I needed to have my cat put to sleep I was sobbing and they didn't even offer me a tissue. Going to Benfleet Vets they was so warming and made me feel comfortable. My lovely cat got the same diagnosis as Riverside so with a heavy heart we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have my cat put to sleep. Benfleet vets couldn't of been kinder, they gave us the last appointment of the morning so we didn't have anyone in the reception area waiting and they offered me ample tissues and was just fantastic. These little independent vets are so much more caring. They allowed us to stay with our cat for as long as we wanted. I would recommend them 1000% thank you for making my hardest moments a little easier 💖💖

I used this vets by chance when our dog escaped and got run over. She was taken here where they looked after her very well.
The bill was expensive for a broken leg but realised it was cheap consideri...
I used this vets by chance when our dog escaped and got run over. She was taken here where they looked after her very well.
The bill was expensive for a broken leg but realised it was cheap considering we had to use an emergency vets(chain) closer to us who wanted to charge us £180 for a dressing change.
I honestly wouldn't use anyone else and always recommend them.

If there were more stars available I would be giving them too. I cannot fault any part of the service we have received. We were happy with past service but the last two days have been above and beyond. Our cat was discovered to have most of his internal organs in his chest cavity. A lot of vets would probably have recommended he was pts but not these guys. He was operated on and we were rung with updates and apparently the vet stayed with him overnight to keep an eye on his progress. Everyone was great this morning with everything fully explained and I have just had a call from the vet to see if he is ok now he is home. I cannot recommend this surgery high enough

Had our dog speyed here a few months ago, very pleased with the results she was quiet for a day, then back to normal. There was some very small incisions for the keyhole surgery and now they are fully healed you cannot really see anything. Would recommend anyone wanting this done to use them.
