Charlotte Soutar made a call today to two Highland Ponies and three Difficult Middle Age Women. Needless to say she had us all behaving perfectly despite how hard The Women made her work. She was brilliant! She explained a complicated pathology in an intelligible, highly knowledgeable, empathetic manner and her opinion is completely trusted and reassuring. Charlotte Soutar is an exceptional asset to Paton and Lee!
