Charlotte Soutar made a call today to two Highland Ponies and three Difficult Middle Age Women. Needless to say she had us all behaving perfectly despite how hard The Women made her work. She was brilliant! She explained a complicated pathology in an intelligible, highly knowledgeable, empathetic manner and her opinion is completely trusted and reassuring. Charlotte Soutar is an exceptional asset to Paton and Lee!

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at the practice for looking after Bobs, and an especially big thank you to Chloe for acting so quickly and being so thorough, and all the girls for looking after him while he was there! Everyone of the staff have been incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating and I really appreciate it!! Hopefully it won't be too long before he's back in action doing his stuff. THANK YOU!
