My dog came here as an emergency and was dealt with very well unfortunately they could not save my dog but the care was excellent, it's a sham i can't say the same for our dealing with Neil Angus who ...
My dog came here as an emergency and was dealt with very well unfortunately they could not save my dog but the care was excellent, it's a sham i can't say the same for our dealing with Neil Angus who had filed a court judgement against us for not paying our bill witch he claimed had been sent to us on several occasions we then proceeded to pay the bill in full a soon as we received the court judgement against us but when we argued the 35 court fee as we were not going to pay for there mistake as we did not receive one bill from them Neil Angus finley agreed to waive the fee but on the premise that we would never take an animal to them again (as if we would alter the way he had spoken to my wife i think not) so we accepted this and thought we were done with the whole thing, a few months later we received yet another letter from the courts to say that we had still not paid the 35 fee so i placed a call to Neil Angus who was adamant that he did not waver the fee but untold to him we keep a recalled of any emails or letters so i told him this and he asked to see the email which i sent to him and he has again agreed to waver the fee we will see in a month or so if he follows through with what he said.
would never use again we don't appreciate being messed around and being spoken down to i would, this is not a dig at any other staff that work there as they were all lovey and did their utmost to save our dog's life, it's a sham that anyone would have to deal with Neil Angus.

The whole team offers an incredible level of service. They charge similar prices as nearby vets in saffron walden but offer a lot more; better staffing levels, better follow up care, don't cut corners...
The whole team offers an incredible level of service. They charge similar prices as nearby vets in saffron walden but offer a lot more; better staffing levels, better follow up care, don't cut corners around hygiene and tools and all the staff actually seem engaged and happy with their work unlike some vets. Some complex surgeries they do at half the price of referral centres, and with just as good rates of success.

The waiting area has just been revamped. The staff are kind to your animals and their humans. You don't need to worry about getting an appointment time to suit your needs and can mainly get same day appointments , there are no long waiting times. Great..
