Yesterday my beloved 15 year old retriever had a massive fit and i knew it was his time, the 2 nurses that came out to see me were amazing, so gentle, gave me and him time and were so very professional, they didnt worry about time and made sure my last moments with him were and always will be special, i would recommend this practice to anyone, they were fantastic in every way and my benji had the dignity he so deserved because of the practice..thank you so much Read Less

Really lovely practice. Super helpful staff who were really great when I came in with no app, as my dog had a swelling on his face. My wee four legged baby is the love of my life as my nearest and dearest know my wee boy has cancer he has had a tumour removed and the same one excavated. Bless his wee heart he is still loving life and running about mad. Last Friday he had a wee tiny lump on his belly this Friday I could cup it in my hand. Nicole at Spring Lodge Vets is truly wonderful, she has gave him steroids high dose vitamin C and anti histamine today the lump on his belly is s third of the size and his other lumps have gone down. We know it's not cured but my baby boy has got more time with us.Read Less

Avoid this vet clinic like the plague. Over the last 3 years they have made a string of mistakes with my young and healthy dog, i.e told me he had an anal gland infection (of course sold me lots of antibiotics) when he didn't have any of that (as other 2 vets told me next day); gave me antibiotic drops to put inside his eye (when he only had an infected hair folicle on his face), and put the lepto vaccination booster on his lower back (for no reason) which left him in a lot of pain and unable to walk for several days. I could not be happier with the service we receive at your Ingatestone branch, for both my cats and my dog. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure the animals feel comfortable and happy, and time is spent communicating and bonding with them before any part of them is poked or prodded. We had the most awful time on Christmas Day as my sisters dog had 2 big epileptic fits which she did not recover from. Rachael the vet was amazing at this incredibly difficult time. She was supportive, caring and there for us when we had to make the worst decision ever. It was the best thing for Tilly to let her go but the worst Christmas Day ever. I brought my dog down for a emergency as he had a lump appear at his rear and you provided a excellent service. I was very pleased at the quickness you was able to see him as i was very worried about the lump as it had burst. I would highly recommend you to anyone unlike the other vets i went to in witham who receptionist refused to provide a service by just taking one look at him.
