We are based in Suffolk with four surgeries in Ipswich, Hadleigh and Brantham. Our surgeries are open every day from 8am until 6pm with late evening and Saturday appointments available.
We are happy to help with any problem that you have with your pets and are able to treat smaller pets and exotic species as well as cats and dogs.

We were as impressed as ever, with Tom's care today. He has been a fantastic vet for our pets for many years and today he made a huge difference. Our wonderful 15yr old spaniel had reached the end of the road and Tom listened to us talk about her, asked questions and at no point rushed us or made suggestions. Just gently offered his expertise and helpful thoughts. When we had reached a decision, Tom helped our lovely dog on her way quietly and allowed us to be part of it all. We cannot thank him enough for making a horrible day something more bearable.

The one star goes to the receptionists who are fantastic and polite. The vets only seem to know about cats and dogs. You have to persist before they realise the help your pet needs. Should not be this...
The one star goes to the receptionists who are fantastic and polite. The vets only seem to know about cats and dogs. You have to persist before they realise the help your pet needs. Should not be this much trouble, overpriced, happily changed vets quickly.

Really good vets.value for money and very impressed with the knowledge where my dogs go... also the way the looked after my hamster who had cancer by operating on him which I was amazed. Many thanks

These guys are amazing. I never write reviews but feel compelled to after the fantastic care and sensitivity following the treatment and sad farewell to our family English pointer. I travelled an hours round trip for consultations after recommendations from friends and so glad that I did.
I read reviews previously regarding value for money and I must say that I feel that their charges were low and transparent so struggle to understand previous comments.
Once again I cannot speak highly enough of this practice.

I would not consider taking my pet anywhere else but here. The vets know their stuff and are caring too. I use their VIP (very important pet) plan, to save money on my twice yearly visits.

We were as impressed as ever, with Tom's care today. He has been a fantastic vet for our pets for many years and today he made a huge difference. Our wonderful 15yr old spaniel had reached the end of the road and Tom listened to us talk about her, asked questions and at no point rushed us or made suggestions. Just gently offered his expertise and helpful thoughts. When we had reached a decision, Tom helped our lovely dog on her way quietly and allowed us to be part of it all. We cannot thank him enough for making a horrible day something more bearable.
