Having used PVG for a number of years to provide care for a succession of cats, I have always been super impressed by the service I received. Staff at all levels have been consistently courteous, patient and compassionate in their treatment of the animals: you get the impression that nothing is too much trouble for them. Would have no hesitation in recommending the practice.

Our cat was diagnosed with Lymphoma after lots of tests and the care he received from all the vets at Palmerston was second to none. They took the time to explain all the possibilities and treatment options and answered all our questions. We had always seen Alistair over the past twelve years and now he has retired we were nervous about seeing another vet. There was no need to worry as all the vets we saw and spoke to were so thorough and kind.

These guys couldn't diagnose a simple problem with my girlfriends dog. We then took the dog to a vets in Chingford, they identified what was wrong straight away and with adequate treatment she was back on her feet within a few days!!

So today I took my pooch in concerned over a broken dew claw. The vet told me I had cleaned it fine and not to worry. He clipped her other long claws and spent some time to explain the wife's tales about dew claws bleeding out. Then didnt charge me a penny. So many vets would of charged consultation. I was shocked. Genuine. Honest. Caring vets. So impressed.

If only my doctor had 10% of the knowledge, care and attention of my vet...Alistair is amazing and my pets have been seeing him for 20 years and he still pulls little miracles out of the hat but all the other vets are super too as are the nurses and reception staff. I am moving out of the area soon but will still bring my animals to Palmerston.

This is a fantastic vet hospital. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Whenever we take our cats here, I'm always struck by how much all of the staff - nurses and vets alike - genuinely care and take a real interest in them and their well being. It's extremely reassuring and I would highly recommend!

I'm sad to say but it seems this that is only interested in money not the animals , My cat has an ongoing condition and needs medication, medication from this vet is 25 a bottle, I can get the same...
I'm sad to say but it seems this that is only interested in money not the animals , My cat has an ongoing condition and needs medication, medication from this vet is 25 a bottle, I can get the same medication online for 7 pounds so I asked for a prescription they charge you 20 for prescription scription and refused to give me any more than three months however I found out By law they have to give you six months prescription and they shouldn't be charging 20 . My little cat had to go without as I could not afford the massive markup they add on, they would rather pets go without then selling the medication at a reasonable price. Seems to me it's all about the profit not about the animals welfare .

Went for first time tonight with my little Russian Dwarf hamster Bongo, despite being bitten by the little guy the vet was great! I was very worried before going that Bongo was suffering but the vet eased my mind! Bongo wasnt the least bit stressed when we got home either. Fantastic, thank you!

A wonderful Veterinary Hospital where I have always taken my pets. However, last Monday, 24th March, I took my darling Westie, Sadie, to see Scott Cheyney. I knew it was time for Sadie to go to Doggy Heaven and Scott and Katie, one of the amazing nurses helped me with the pain of losing my wonderful girl. Sadie was fourteen and five months (thanks to Scott) as Sadie has suffered with so many things and he was able to give her quite a lot of extra time. Thank you all at Palmerston Veterinary Hospital. You are wonderful!

I have been taking my two dogs to here for nearly three years and have found they have the highest level of experience and excellent level of care. I know my pets are in very safe hands when I take them here. The vets are extremely knowledgeable of both traditional veterinary remedies and open to trying different more natural remedies too. Having moved from the immediate area I now travel nearly 10 miles to still take my dogs here as I wholeheartedly trust that they get the BEST care here.

These guys couldn't diagnose a simple problem with my girlfriends dog. We then took the dog to a vets in Chingford, they identified what was wrong straight away and with adequate treatment she was back on her feet within a few days!!

So today I took my pooch in concerned over a broken dew claw. The vet told me I had cleaned it fine and not to worry. He clipped her other long claws and spent some time to explain the wife's tales about dew claws bleeding out. Then didnt charge me a penny. So many vets would of charged consultation. I was shocked. Whenever we take our cats here, I'm always struck by how much all of the staff - nurses and vets alike - genuinely care and take a real interest in them and their well being. I have been taking my two dogs to here for nearly three years and have found they have the highest level of experience and excellent level of care. I know my pets are in very safe hands when I take them here. The vets are extremely knowledgeable of both traditional veterinary remedies and open to trying different more natural remedies too. Having moved from the immediate area I now travel nearly 10 miles to still take my dogs here as I wholeheartedly trust that they get the BEST care here.
