I called on them because they are the nearest and one of my cockatiels was showing stress for his beak grown too much, I was very stressed, my car was at the garage and they refused to help! I then received a string of abuses by email from their office manager. Read Less

This vet practice provides out of hours cover (in Blackmore), the only one locally that I know does it, the rest have outsourced it. Unfortunately I had to use this several times with my old dog. Having to find a practice the other side of Chelmsford with a seriously sick dog would have added to my stress. And the practice had access to her records, and could consult her usual vet. Normally saw Thomas who was really good with her and very kind when she died. Read Less
