RED WARNING SIGN to all considering using this vets. The whole Spring Lodge Group are only interested in your money and are negligent with your pets. Unfortunately I learned this in the most painful way by trusting them to look after my beloved cat who was a dear family member.
Despite the extortionate fees, they misdiagnosed him for months despite me telling them what I thought the problem was.
They abandoned him mid way through an emergency procedure and told me to take him to there sister group in Witham who just ended up increasing his suffering further for more extortionate fees and which resulted in him suffering and his eventual death. They then asked me to leave quietly through the back doors as they continue their profiteering!
This is a business mainly focused on your money.
This is a warning to all, if you love your pets find a family vet in the area who will truly care for your pet.
I have other pets and I will now register them all elsewhere.

Our dog babs got taken Ill on a weekend and needed an operation, sadly she had to be put to sleep.
All the staff where so amazing and considerate and caring. What was really touching was that Niel who first operated on her had been off for a week and as soon as he heard about Babs passing, he called to offer his condolences.
This is a Vets that care about animals and understand how precious they are to family members. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Spring Lodge for many years and would recommend it highly. Not only do they look after my dogs, but I also have a boarding kennel and rely on Spring Lodge to care for all my boarders as well. I recently had a very ill , much loved Labrador of my own that needed major surgery and could not fault the care and attention that was given to her. She is now back home and enjoying life once more

Absolutely fantastic vets. They have their own out of hours service on a weekend at lower fees than other emergency vets, which has come in handy for my troublesome pair of cats! They even provide a cat-only clinic on a Tuesday which is very helpful for my pair of stress-heads!
Cannot fault the service provided by the staff. The vets, nurses and receptionists are always extremely professional and helpful. 100% recommend.

Yesterday my beloved 15 year old retriever had a massive fit and i knew it was his time, the 2 nurses that came out to see me were amazing, so gentle, gave me and him time and were so very professional, they didnt worry about time and made sure my last moments with him were and always will be special, i would recommend this practice to anyone, they were fantastic in every way and my benji had the dignity he so deserved because of the practice..thank you so much

Really lovely practice. Super helpful staff who were really great when I came in with no app, as my dog had a swelling on his face. Within 30 mins the nurse had checked him over and the Vet had also seen him and had given us some antibiotics. Very impressed with the care and service we received. Thanks everyone

My wee four legged baby is the love of my life as my nearest and dearest know my wee boy has cancer he has had a tumour removed and the same one excavated. Bless his wee heart he is still loving life and running about mad. Last Friday he had a wee tiny lump on his belly this Friday I could cup it in my hand. Nicole at Spring Lodge Vets is truly wonderful, she has gave him steroids high dose vitamin C and anti histamine today the lump on his belly is s third of the size and his other lumps have gone down. We know it's not cured but my baby boy has got more time with us.

I could not be happier with the service we receive at your Ingatestone branch, for both my cats and my dog. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure the animals feel comfortable and happy, and time is spent communicating and bonding with them before any part of them is poked or prodded. Last time I took my dog in she cried when the vet left the room because she wanted to continue playing with her. I would never take my pets anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!

We had the most awful time on Christmas Day as my sisters dog had 2 big epileptic fits which she did not recover from. Rachael the vet was amazing at this incredibly difficult time. She was supportive, caring and there for us when we had to make the worst decision ever. It was the best thing for Tilly to let her go but the worst Christmas Day ever. Rachael was so kind and understanding. All the staff at the practise were brilliant and so kind. Heart breaking day but the team were wonderful. We thank you all for being so supportive.

I brought my dog down for a emergency as he had a lump appear at his rear and you provided a excellent service. I was very pleased at the quickness you was able to see him as i was very worried about the lump as it had burst. I would highly recommend you to anyone unlike the other vets i went to in witham who receptionist refused to provide a service by just taking one look at him. I will be more than welcome to bring any of my dogs in to this vets if anything ever happens to them. Once again thankyou very much for your service.

RED WARNING SIGN to all considering using this vets. The whole Spring Lodge Group are only interested in your money and are negligent with your pets. Unfortunately I learned this in the most painful way by trusting them to look after my beloved cat who was a dear family member.
Despite the extortionate fees, they misdiagnosed him for months despite me telling them what I thought the problem was.

Our dog babs got taken Ill on a weekend and needed an operation, sadly she had to be put to sleep.
All the staff where so amazing and considerate and caring. What was really touching was that Niel who first operated on her had been off for a week and as soon as he heard about Babs passing, he called to offer his condolences.
