We have just had our bitch spayed the vets were reassuring when we arrived and kept us informed all day when we pickr her up the nurse went through everything and any worries we had were cleared up with a phone call they gave all the advise in a really friendly manner ,we also get texts once a month to remind us of flea and worming have used them for years with a previous dog always been helpful and caring nothing to much trouble highly recomended

First rate veterinary surgeons and staff. Helpful and professional. However charged me £102 for capsules for my dog when I looked them up on line they were £54.95 for exactly same dosage and quantity.

I have been with this vets for years with both my dog's.i have always had excellent service.mr Smith performed an operation on my lab/chow called Barney.and it was a great success he went on to have another 5yrs running full speed!!!.Sadly in January Barney was ill i took him to haven vets and saw Portia she run all the tests she could leaving nothing uncovered but i had to have Barney put to sleep.Portia and a junior nurse stayed when the practice was shut and did not rush us at all.they were so compassionate to us.and i will always be grateful.thank you.

Paid over 300 for my dog to have an x-ray as he suddenly became ill.
The vet reported it back as "inflamed ribs" and said it's a way of him aging and getting old.

Paid over 300 for my dog to have an x-ray as he suddenly became ill.
The vet reported it back as "inflamed ribs" and said it's a way of him aging and getting old.
I directly asked the vet if it could be a tumour and she firmly answered "No."
I then went back to RSPCA and she said she could clearly see it was a tumour it was completely obvious.
My pet then passed a couple weeks later, so I would just like to say a big thanks to haven vets for giving me misleaded information and ripping me off with my money

We have used Haven Vets, and in particular Neil Smith, for more than 15 years.
The practice provides an excellent level of service; we have always found Neil and the rest of the team extremely approachable, friendly and caring. Neil has always demonstrated great compassion, as well as in-depth knowledge; he is able to connect with our pets and make them feel relaxed in what can be a very stressful environment. We have always felt very confident that we were getting the best possible advice and care for all of our pets at the Haven Vets practice.

I am very pleased to have the opportunity to offer feedback on Haven Veteriary Practice. Haven have taken care of my dog Barney's health since 2009 when he was just 10 weeks old. Over those 8 years he has received exemplary care and attention which, comically, has resulted in him rushing up the path to the door whenever we pass the surgery, much to the amusement of passers-by. That has to reflect very positively on the staff of Haven. I have no hesitation in giving Haven 5 stars for the service they provide.

I have been taking my animals (cats & dogs) here since 1988. My miniature schnauzer, Freddie, is diabetic. They have been so helpful in teaching me to how to give him his insulin and nothing is too much trouble. When I am out walking with Freddie if anyone asks which vet I go to, I am always happy to say that we are with Haven Vets and they are a first rate veterinary practice with extremely lovely vets & staff.

We have just had our bitch spayed the vets were reassuring when we arrived and kept us informed all day when we pickr her up the nurse went through everything and any worries we had were cleared up with a phone call they gave all the advise in a really friendly manner ,we also get texts once a month to remind us of flea and worming have used them for years with a previous dog always been helpful and caring nothing to much trouble highly recomended

I have been with this vets for years with both my dog's.i have always had excellent service.mr Smith performed an operation on my lab/chow called Barney.and it was a great success he went on to have another 5yrs running full speed!!!.Sadly in January Barney was ill i took him to haven vets and saw Portia she run all the tests she could leaving nothing uncovered but i had to have Barney put to sleep.Portia and a junior nurse stayed when the practice was shut and did not rush us at all.they were so compassionate to us.and i will always be grateful.thank you.
