Unbelievably poor. Rabbit taken to vets. Vet had little idea, could have been mixi or eye infection, fair enough. Sold us some eye ointment. Did nothing to clean or cover the wound, flies get in. So i... Read More
Unbelievably poor. Rabbit taken to vets. Vet had little idea, could have been mixi or eye infection, fair enough. Sold us some eye ointment. Did nothing to clean or cover the wound, flies get in. So it's death for the bunny. Previous time vet thinks it the right thing to remove an absess, digs out a huge hole in poor bunnies head, bunny then needs intensive care, rabbit still dies slowly and painfully. Quite frankly these people revolt me, preying on the love people have for their pets for finacial gain. Read Less

Good vets. Very helpful. Although very busy. There is parking outside although not much and it can be tight. Price wise they seem about average. Luckily we haven't had to use them too much.

Over the years, Tiptree Vets have cared for all three of my rescue black Labradors with skill and compassion. My present dog, Reggie, was rather overweight when I adopted him, but Yvonne's weight clinic gave me invaluable support and advice in getting him fit. Reggie really enjoys his visits, and literally drags me through the door, because he knows everyone will make a fuss of him and give him tummy rubs. Claire normally deals with Reggie's treatment needs. She is always kind and gentle, and Reggie trusts her completely. I would recommend this team without hesitation. Read Less

We weren't patients of the centre but needed emergency help on Friday for our 17 year old cat, the receptionist (sorry can't remember near name I was in such a state) was so calming and helpful and the vet (clare) who treated our cat was wonderful. It was an extremely sad time for us but everything was done is such a calm understanding and friendly way that it made it more bearable. Thankyou so much Tiptree vets!!! 10 days ago we brought our pooch in as we thought he had a tummy bug. In fact he had a tumour on his spleen. We were heartbroken. But the expertise of Beth and Keith and the nurses meant that he was incredibly well looked after, as were we. The tumour was removed and, against all odds, it turned out to be benign. The care we all received over the past 10 days from all of the staff at your surgery was brilliant and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to all our pet owning friends. Read Less

All the team are fab. MaryAnne is the loveliest vet you could wish to meet. The emergency vet there 12 years ago saved the life of my chihuahua jaq. My local vet at the time told me to phone back the next day as he wouldn't be able to do anything. I wasn't convinced so rang tiptree vets and was told to bring him straight in (3am Boxing Day). He wouldn't have survived until the next morning. Never been to another vets since. They have sympathetically helped with the loss of my elderly cats over the years. Keith even came out to my home for one euthanasia as I found it so upsetting. My chickens even go there. Currently attending their weight clinic with our adopted lab who is going brilliantly with Yvonne's help :) Read Less
