The clinic is easily located on the outskirts of Great Dunmow with ample private parking, making it safe and simple transferring your pets from car to clinic.

Staff are brilliant, friendly and caring.
Known Denise and Jerry a long time; my family has been taking our animals to them for generations.
Recently lost my cat to cancer and other complications and despite a misunderstanding and an upset regarding money and insurance, the staff were quick to apologise and have been accommodating since, especially with my dog falling particularly ill immediately afterwards.
Would never take them anywhere else.

Always offer us appointments as soon as possible - typically same day. Have helped me over the past couple of years to make some difficult decisions about both my dog and cat. They also look after my family's 3 dogs so have had cause to test them out a lot! We are very happy with the service and guidance. Would recommend to anyone seeking a high quality vet practice.

Always offer us appointments as soon as possible - typically same day. Have helped me over the past couple of years to make some difficult decisions about both my dog and cat. Jerry Maloney is a Demi God in my view. He and his team cared for my beloved cat Roger until the end of his life - such care and compassion from all, expertise and empathy, sensitivity and understanding; there is simply no other Vet I would choose to care for my animal. Roger's final hour was incredibly difficult and traumatic - it was managed with the utmost sensitivity and my animal passed in peace and dignity without pain. That is all one can hope for ............ everything one could and want to wish for their animal, at such a time. Thank you.

Our little dog was taken ill by a mystery illness and we went to Moloneys. Jerry Moloney and all of his exceptional team were absolutely amazing during the couple of weeks our dog was in their care. They showed compassion and care towards Charlie. They also kept in contact with up during the day with regular updates. We would not hesitate to use Moloneys again and I cannot recommend them enough.

We have been taking our family pets here for many years now. Jerry and Denise are total stars and are extremely caring and skilled in their care of our animals. We have had several family pets pass away over the years - due to old age- and they have made a traumatic situation as easy as it could be and came to the home to 'do the deed' in our family home on each occasion. Their staff are all wonderful and it is good to see familiar faces of the reception and nursing team on each visit! Everyone here cares about our animals and build up a lovely rapport with both us and our pets. Mahoosive recommend to anyone! :-)

For a new job I had to move to Denmark and wanted to take my pet lovebird Charlie. All seemed well as travel of pets is generally ok within the EU. Two days before travelling it turned out that of all the countries I would travel trough, France required a health certificate. For this I needed an export permit which DEFR organised in hours (fantastic turnaround for a process which officially takes up to 10 working days). When I arrived at Moloney's Clinic, it turned out that Charlie needed a tag/chip. Jerry and his staff (especially Holly) went above and beyond to get the required information, sort out the tagging and do the paperwork (in multiple languages) in record time. Charlie is now safe-and-sound in Denmark without any issues at the various borders. I would like to thank Jerry Moloney and his staff at Moloney's Veterinary Clinic for doing a fantastic job in making this possible at such short notice !

I have to say that I am glad I chose this veterinary practise to look after my dog. Not only are Jerry, Denise and co, brilliant vets, they actually listen to you and explain everything thoroughly. The team supporting the vets ( the nurses and receptionists ) are also extremely helpful. I have always managed to get a same day appointment. I wouldn't consider any other practice, and anyone who loves their pets, would give Moloney's a visit. Keep up the good work, and Happy New Year to you all xx

Jerry Maloney is a Demi God in my view. He and his team cared for my beloved cat Roger until the end of his life - such care and compassion from all, expertise and empathy, sensitivity and understanding; there is simply no other Vet I would choose to care for my animal. Our little dog was taken ill by a mystery illness and we went to Moloneys. Jerry Moloney and all of his exceptional team were absolutely amazing during the couple of weeks our dog was in their care. They showed compassion and care towards Charlie. They also kept in contact with up during the day with regular updates. We would not hesitate to use Moloneys again and I cannot recommend them enough.

We have been taking our family pets here for many years now. Jerry and Denise are total stars and are extremely caring and skilled in their care of our animals. I have to say that I am glad I chose this veterinary practise to look after my dog. Not only are Jerry, Denise and co, brilliant vets, they actually listen to you and explain everything thoroughly. The team supporting the vets ( the nurses and receptionists ) are also extremely helpful. I have always managed to get a same day appointment.
