I've been using this Veterinary surgery since it opened, all team members are friendly, approachable and very professional. They are great with all my animals (I have quite a few) Nothing is ever too much trouble in fact my dogs love visiting to see all the staff as they get so much attention. Dog Grooming We took our border collie dog (Lady) to be groomed and are really pleased with the way she was handled by Jordan and the end result. Lady's coat looks fantastic!!! Staff are so kind, caring and compassionate. I unfortunately paid the last visit with my dog to have her put to sleep. My husband and I really rate North Weald Vets as a practice. Our two cats Cookie and Gambit have been seeing the team here for 3 years since they were kittens and have always been well looked after. One has a continuing health condition which has been well treated. Our new rescue dog has also been seen by the team and they calmed his nerves and ours on his first vet trip with their gentle handling of him. All of the animals are treated with real care and affection. We would not hesitate to recommend all of the vets at the practice to any animal owners. They are all lovely. Super and supportive staff. Seen us through 2 cats with 2 ops each for cancerous lumps. One passed as it returned aggressively for a 3rd time, they helped take him and were very kind. Be patient as some appointments will sometimes take longer than allocated with a natural knock on but they have always been apologetic regarding that. It happens everywhere. This vets is truly the best I have ever been to all the staff are friendly,kind,compassionate and caring they are so easy to talk to about any concerns or worries you may have, it is extremely important to me the level of care which is given to my animals and I trust these people 100%!
