Very Poor treatment of our Hamster which had a cancer lump. Rough handling of the hamster which caused visible distress. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pet treatment as these guys do not seem to care.

My beaut boy was diagnosed with serious health condition...
Felt like the consultations were blashay & brief...
Your standing there with your loved & precious dog...
He was rarely weighed...
Would ask...

Would ask for certain tests & get a quite non responsive/ non productive response...
Friend what worked there temporary pointed out that the head was 'old school'...???
When his health declined rapidly...& that dreaded day came...
Asked if they could do a home visit...reply its only me here this week...
So had to go to the vet...was not in my plan..
So unprofessional beyond words...
Environment in whole vet is far too small...reception, treatment rooms etc..
30 years ago guess was deemed adequate...
Could list more comments...
Sadly would not recommend this veterinary practice what so ever...

Sister has dog registered at this vets. Was looking after mums dog whilst she was in hospital. The dog got very sick so she took her down. Wouldn’t see her and wouldn’t suggest any medications as it wasn’t their policy. Discusting treatment of a sick dog. Uncaring with no empathy whatsoever. Fortunately found Medivet thank god who had no reservation in seeing her. Would have given nil stars if I could have.

Tried to make an appointment. Not registered there and my usual vets is closed for a couple of weeks. Receptionist was rude and belittling. Assumed my pet was a dog without even asking what animal it was. I am trying to make an urgent appointment as my cat is ill only to be laughed at. Think me and my cat deserve better treatment and will be going somewhere caring and professional rather than here.

If I could give no stars I would. You couldn't pay me to go back to this awful place. Front desk staff haven't got the first idea about customer service and are the rudest receptionists I've ever met ...
If I could give no stars I would. You couldn't pay me to go back to this awful place. Front desk staff haven't got the first idea about customer service and are the rudest receptionists I've ever met and the vets don't seem to even care about animals they are heavy handed and not gentle at all and they terrified the life out of my dog and told me she is deformed as she was biting her legs, turns out she has allergies as I suggested, but the vet told me I was wrong. I also used to work in a vets myself for five years so I know exactly how it works, and I'm surprised this place even has any clients. Don't waste your money!!

THIS IS NOT A STAR IT'S A BLACK MARK!!
I have used this vet for a few years with mixed feelings but my worst fears were founded last month when a vet at this practice over medicated my dog with the result that she died a week later in pain. A sad end to a lovely little dog's life. The instructions from the vet differed greatly from the instructions in the box, but they insisted that I give her the dose recommended by the vet! Despite several attempts to speak to the owner of this practice he has refused to answer calls or letters. Guilt? Or just plain uncaring, incompetent and money grasping! Beware of this veterinary practice and its owner if you want to keep your pet happy and healthy, there are many other better in the Grays and Corringham areas.

Assumed my pet was a dog without even asking what animal it was. I am trying to make an urgent appointment as my cat is ill only to be laughed at. Think me and my cat deserve better treatment and will be going somewhere caring and professional rather than here.

If I could give no stars I would. You couldn't pay me to go back to this awful place. Front desk staff haven't got the first idea about customer service and are the rudest receptionists I've ever met and the vets don't seem to even care about animals they are heavy handed and not gentle at all and they terrified the life out of my dog and told me she is deformed as she was biting her legs, turns out she has allergies as I suggested, but the vet told me I was wrong. I also used to work in a vets myself for five years so I know exactly how it works, and I'm surprised this place even has any clients. Don't waste your money!!

I have used this vet for a few years with mixed feelings but my worst fears were founded last month when a vet at this practice over medicated my dog with the result that she died a week later in pain.
