Sadly I have had to have two of my cats pts in the past due to problems because of old age but the vets made a really difficult experience as easy for me as they could, they let me out of the back door so I didn’t have to face anyone as I left the building, they were compassionate and caring which makes all the difference. All the nurses too have been really nice, I have had great advice especially from Tracy, on many occasions she has put me at at ease when I was worried. They let me leave through the back door as I didn’t really want to face anybody, and sent me an invoice in the post, but not before a condolences card. All the staff, vets, nurses and reception ladies are so lovely and always helpful. My border collies cancer was picked up and treated very quickly, her aftercare was second to none, their kindness and reassurance especially me worrying about every little thing afterwards, made such a difference. I have since acquired a second dog who had dreadful digestive problems, thanks to investigations, that seems a thing of the past too.
